Description
Dining Out Decoded: Eating healthfully at restaurants can be a huge challenge, particularly if you’re watching your weight, cholesterol, or blood pressure. In this workshop, we’ll discuss strategies for keeping calories and sodium in check while still enjoying the dining out experience. We will also provide tips for eating healthfully while on the road. Finally, we’ll review local area restaurant menus so you can feel confident in your choices the next time you have dinner out!
